American Catholic History Conversation

Why is it important to know your own history?

Dr. Matt Breuninger is a clinical psychologist, assistant professor of psychology at Franciscan University of Steubenville, and host of the podcast “Ask a Catholic Therapist.” He also has a book coming out soon, Finding Freedom in Christ: Healing Life’s Hurts.

He’s also a good friend of ours and a neighbor here in Steubenville. We thoroughly enjoyed this conversation with Matt. He shares great insights about what it means for human persons to have a grounding in our own personal history, and our place in our family, society, faith group, etc.

Here are a couple of clips from the conversation; the full conversation is available here on our Locals community for supporters (just $5/month gets access to this and other exclusive content).
